Active live-chat conversations are excluded from scheduled deletion until they are closed. Once a conversation is closed, the conversation and its messages are retained for no more than 90 days, measured from the later of the conversation's closure time and its last-message activity.

After detailed tracking expires, only daily aggregate counts and totals without visitor identifiers, page-level history, or event sequences may remain, and they cannot reconstruct a visit. Inquiry and submission records follow a separate retention process; these analytics and chat periods do not apply to them.

Use Cookie settings on this page to allow, reject, or change analytics consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics and session replay and promptly deletes detailed tracking, heartbeat data, session recordings and their recorded interaction events, and raw technical identifiers associated with that browser session. Deliberately submitted live-chat content may remain for operational support for up to the chat retention period, while identifying visitor fields and the stored visitor sender name are removed. Your choice is stored in an essential preference cookie.
