Factory Tour

Explore the key manufacturing areas that support Forthright's apparel sampling, production, inspection, packing, and shipment workflow.

Inspection before cutting

Fabric inspection is treated as a production standard, not an optional check.

Inspection process images will appear here after they are uploaded in the CMS.

Forthright places inspection before production so visible defects, shade variation, stains, holes, and weaving issues are found before they become finished-garment claims.

This step protects buyers from avoidable returns, helps stabilize bulk quality, and gives merchandisers a clearer view of material risk before sewing begins.

  1. Fabric roll check

Inspection teams review incoming fabric rolls for visible defects, shade consistency, stains, holes, and weaving irregularities.

  2. Issue isolation

Problem areas are marked or separated before cutting so defects are not carried into panels and finished garments.

  3. Production release

Only checked material moves forward to cutting, sewing, in-process QC, final inspection, packing, and shipment.
