We may collect business contact details such as name, company name, email address, WhatsApp number, country or region, and project requirements when you send an inquiry.

When you intentionally submit an inquiry or send a live-chat message, we may store the source or current page path and title and a session identifier with your request so that we can route and answer it. This operational request context does not require analytics consent.

If you allow analytics, we collect technical visit information including IP address, approximate city, region and country, browser and operating system, device type, referrer, page title and path, and a session replay of interactions with the website.

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, discuss sample development, confirm production requirements, and provide customer support.

We use the page and session context attached to an inquiry or live-chat message only to route, attribute, and respond to that explicit request. Separately, we use consented technical visit information and session replay to understand website use and improve page performance, content clarity, product presentation, and buyer experience.

We do not sell personal information. We may share necessary project information with trusted service providers, logistics partners, or production-related partners only when needed to support a business request.

We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request.

We keep business inquiry records for as long as needed to manage communication, quotation history, production support, compliance, and legitimate business records.

Raw IP address information, visitor and page tracking data, and heartbeat records are retained for no more than 30 days.

Active live-chat conversations are excluded from scheduled deletion until they are closed. Once a conversation is closed, the conversation and its messages are retained for no more than 90 days, measured from the later of the conversation's closure time and its last-message activity. Saved session recordings are retained for no more than 90 days from recording activity. Unsaved session recordings are retained for no more than 12 hours.

When you withdraw analytics consent, future tracking stops and detailed tracking, heartbeat data, session recordings and their recorded interaction events, and raw technical identifiers associated with that browser session are promptly deleted. If you deliberately sent live-chat messages, their content may remain for operational support for up to the chat retention period, while identifying visitor fields and the stored visitor sender name are removed.

After detailed tracking expires, we may retain daily aggregate counts and totals that contain no visitor identifier, page-level history, or event sequence and cannot reconstruct a visit. Inquiry and submission records follow a separate retention process; the analytics and chat periods above do not apply to them.

You may request deletion or correction of your contact information by emailing us.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect submitted information. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.
